基于双膜法深度处理技术的煤化工污水处理研究

针对某煤化工厂污水处理效率较差的问题,研究提出了一种结合超滤与纳滤的双膜法深度处理技术.利用砂滤器、超滤设备以及纳滤设备等对污水进行处理,再进行污水排放.实验分析显示,研究所提方法对污水的氨氮去除率为76.87%,总硬度脱除率高达98.23%.结果表明,结合超滤与纳滤构建的双膜法深度处理方法在煤化工污水处理中具有可行性,能够降低污水处理后的污染物含量,在煤化工污水处理领域具有应用意义.
Research on Coal Chemical Wastewater Treatment Based on Double Membrane Deep Treatment Technology
In response to the problem of poor sewage treatment efficiency in a coal chemical plant,a dual membrane deep treatment technology combining ultrafiltration and nanofiltration was proposed.Use sand filters,ultrafiltration equipment,and nanofiltration equipment to treat wastewater before discharging it.Experimental analysis shows that the proposed method has a removal rate of 76.87%for ammonia nitrogen and a total hardness removal rate of up to 98.23%in wastewater.The results indicate that the dual membrane deep treatment method constructed by combining ultrafiltration and nanofiltration is feasible in coal chemical wastewater treatment,which can reduce the pollutant content after wastewater treatment and has practical significance in the field of coal chemical wastewater treatment.
