为了降低煤化工企业对自然环境的破坏,以某煤化工企业为例,介绍一种煤化工企业污水异味处理工艺方案.某煤化工企业针对企业的实际情况,通过比选的方式,确定化学洗涤+低温等离子体技术+活性炭吸附处理工艺流程为最佳废气处理方案,并确定了最佳工艺参数.对比实施方案前后的应用效果可以发现,采用该方案后,煤化工企业废水中异味气体的去除率可以达到95%以上,远高于原处理系统的88%,表明该方案是可行的,可大规模推广到煤化工领域.
Research on the Process Scheme and Effect of Treating Sewage Odor in Coal Chemical Enterprises
In order to reduce the damage of coal chemical enterprises to the natural environment,taking a coal chemical enterprise as an example,this article introduces a sewage odor treatment process scheme for coal chemical enterprises.Based on the actual situation of a coal chemical enterprise,the process flow of chemical washing+low-temperature plasma technology+activated carbon adsorption treatment was determined as the optimal waste gas treatment scheme through comparative selection,and the optimal process parameters were determined.Comparing the application effects before and after the implementation of the plan,it can be found that after adopting this plan,the removal rate of odorous gases in the wastewater of coal chemical enterprises can reach over 95%,far higher than the 88%of the original treatment system,indicating that this plan is feasible and can be widely promoted in the field of coal chemical industry.
