Application of Biochemistry+MBR in Membrane Organic Wastewater Treatment
In order to improve the efficiency of organic wastewater treatment and study the treatment effect of biochemical+MBR method, contact oxidation biochemical method and separation membrane bioreactor were adopted to treat artificially simulated high concentration organic wastewater. The degradation characteristics were analyzed through organic pollutant treatment, ammonia nitrogen treatment, turbidity treatment, and pH value change. The results showed that using the biochemical+MBR process to treat high load and low load organic wastewater, the contact oxidation tank can remove organic matter from the wastewater. In addition, the MBR process can degrade pollutants and control the effluent COD<50 mg/L,the effluent ammonia nitrogen mass concentration<2 mg/L,the effluent turbidity within 0.1~0.6 NTU,and the pH value stable at 6.5~7.3,all of which meet the treatment requirements. It can be seen that the combination of biochemistry and MBR has a good effect in membrane organic wastewater treatment, and its use in wastewater treatment plants can improve the efficiency of organic wastewater treatment.
