对我国目前的NO,处理技术进行了总结和分析,综述了目前我国己内酰胺工艺装置的发展概况及其工艺流程.分析了各项指标对于NOx排放值的影响,确定了燃气用量为12kg/h±1 kg/h,调温空气量为650 m3/h 土50m3/h,SNCR反应段温度980 ℃±54C,调温段温度350 ℃±5℃,同时根据尾气NOx含量适当配氨的方案,可以在较为经济的情况下实现NO,的超低排放.
Study on SNCR+SCR to Eliminate NOx of Ammoximation Tail Gas Process
The current NO,treatment technology in China is summarized and analyzed,and the development of caprolactam production process are summarized.The impact of various indicators on NOx emission values was analyzed.It was determined that the gas consumption was 12 kg/h±1 kg/h,the air volume was 650 m3/h±50 m3/h,the temperature of the SNCR reaction section was 980 ℃±5 ℃,the temperature of the temperature control section was 350 ℃±5 ℃,and the ultra-low emission of NOx could be achieved under relatively economical conditions.
