随着社会经济水平的不断提高和环保观念的不断提升,我国对高氨氮废水处理工艺设计提出更高的要求,确保该处理工艺占地面积和运行成本最小化,提高总氮去除率.而生物膜法与BAF组合可以很好地实现以上目标.因此,为了提高高氨氮废水处理工艺的科学性和规范性,加强生物膜法与BAF的有效组合显得尤为重要.基于以上情况,本文首先在研究工艺设计的基础上,从高密度沉淀池运行作用及效果、BAF池运行效果、污泥的产生量等方面入手,分析了运行结果.希望通过这次研究,为技术人员提供有效的借鉴和参考.
Application of Biofilm Method Combined with BAF Combined Process for High Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater Treatment
With the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the increasing awareness of environmental protection,China has put forward higher requirements for the design of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment processes,ensuring that the treatment process minimizes the land area and operating costs,and improves the total nitrogen removal rate.The combination of biofilm method and BAF can effectively achieve the above goals.Therefore,in order to improve the scientific and standardized treatment process of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater,it is particularly important to strengthen the effective combination of biofilm method and BAF.Based on the above situation,this article first studies the process design and analyzes the operation results from the aspects of high-density sedimentation tank operation and effectiveness,BAF tank operation effectiveness,and sludge production.This research can provide effective reference and guidance for technical personnel.
