摘要

微电解技术,又称铁炭法、内电解法、铁屑过滤法等技术,在高难度工业废水处理领域是被广泛研究和应用的一种废水处理方法.它主要是基于金属腐蚀溶解的电化学原理,依靠在废水中形成微电池的电极反应降解污染物.结合自身设计及运营经验,本文从设计规范、计算方法、工艺设计参数、优缺点、工程应用等方面对微电解工艺在设计中遇到的常见问题进行了探讨.

Abstract

Micro-electrolysis technology,also known as iron-carbon method,internal electrolysis method,iron filings filtration method and other technologies,is a wastewater treatment method that is widely studied and applied in the field of difficult industrial wastewater treatment.It is mainly based on the electrochemical principle of metal corrosion dissolution,and relies on the electrode reaction that forms a micro-battery in the wastewater to purify the wastewater.Combined with my own design and operation experience,this paper discusses the common problems encountered in the design of micro-electrolysis process from the aspects of design specifications,calculation methods,process design parameters,advantages and disadvantages.
