电子线路板废水的脱色-吸附絮凝处理工艺研究

电子线路板生产过程中会产生大量的金属废水,如处理不当会对人身体产生危害.本文采用脱色与吸附絮凝的废水处理方法,对电子线路板生产行业产生的废水进行净化处理.研究了絮凝剂的含量、pH值和处理时间对废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:当pH值为9,混合絮凝剂质量分数为0.5%,搅拌时间为40 min时,脱色率和COD(化学需氧量)去除率最佳,满足广东省地标排放限值.
Research on the Decolorization Adsorption Flocculation Treatment Process of Electronic Circuit Board Waste water
A large amount of metal wastewater is generated during the production process of electronic circuit boards,which can pose a threat to human health if not treated properly.This article adopts the wastewater treatment method of decolorization and adsorption flocculation to purify the wastewater generated in the electronic circuit board production industry.Study the effects of flocculant content,pH value,and treatment time on wastewater treatment efficiency.The results showed that when the pH value was 9,the mass fraction of the mixed flocculant was 0.5%,and the stirring time was 40 minutes,the decolorization rate and COD(chemical oxygen demand)removal rate were optimal,meeting the landmark emission limits in Guangdong province.
