含油污水高效净化处理技术研究

随着油田开采时间的增加,油田开采逐步进入了后期阶段,开始使用大量化学药剂来提升油田的采收率,从而生成了许多不容易分解的含油污水.为了解决磁性纳米除油技术成本高、效率低的不足,提出了一种含油污水高效净化处理技术,通过实验验证的方式证明了使用成本较低的四氧化三铁和二氧化硅组合磁性材料进行除油的可行性和最佳除油配比,有效的降低了含油污水的处理成本.
Research on Efficient Purification and Treatment Technology for Oily Waste water
With the increase of oilfield exploitation time,oilfield exploitation has gradually entered the later stage,and a large amount of chemical agents have been used to enhance the recovery rate of the oilfield,resulting in the generation of many difficult to decompose oily wastewater.In order to address the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency in magnetic nano oil removal technology,an efficient purification treatment technology for oily wastewater has been proposed.Through experimental verification,the feasibility and optimal oil removal ratio of using low-cost magnetic materials composed of iron oxide and silicon dioxide for oil removal have been demonstrated,effectively reducing the treatment cost of oily wastewater.
