Optimization Design of Deep Treatment Process for Desulfurization Waste water in Thermal Power Plant
With the rapid development of the national economy,people's demand for electricity is constantly increasing.With the rapid development of coal-fired power plants,more and more wastewater is generated,which not only endangers water ecological security,but also becomes the main reason for the shortage of water resources in the country.Therefore,the study takes thermal power plants as the research object and adopts the process of"pretreatment+disc tube reverse osmosis membrane concentration+multi effect evaporation"to optimize the desulfurization wastewater treatment technology of thermal power plants.The results showed that the biological toxicity of the optimized desulfurization wastewater was significantly reduced,and the luminescence inhibition rate of luminescent bacteria in the water sample decreased to 2.4%.The optimized desulfurization wastewater treatment technology for thermal power plants can reduce fresh water intake by 3.31 million m3 annually,reduce external drainage by 3.19 million m3,save 8.65 million yuan on water intake fees.After optimized design,significant benefits have been achieved in terms of economy,society,and environmental protection.It has certain reference significance for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater in similar power plants.
