工业硝酸尾气中的NOx特性分析及控制研究

摘要
介绍了硝酸生产原理及其尾气中NOx的生成机理,分析了硝酸尾气中NOx的特性,并对不同方法处理硝酸尾气中NOx的效果进行比较.结果表明,采用同种双加压法硝酸生产工艺,从源头控制硝酸生产尾气中的NOx,具有投资少、处理效果好和利用率高等优点.
Abstract
This article introduces the production principle of nitric acid and the mechanism of NO,generation in its exhaust gas,analyzes the characteristics of NO,in nitric acid exhaust gas,and compares the effects of different methods for treating NO,in nitric acid exhaust gas.The results indicate that using the same dual pressure nitric acid production process to control NOx in the tail gas of nitric acid production from the source has the advantages of low investment,good treatment effect,and high utilization rate.
