矿井水周期循环静止沉淀处理工艺设计研究

屯兰矿为解决矿井水中含有的微量乳化油导致絮凝反应生成的絮凝体颗粒较轻、易被沉淀池上升水流带走影响过滤效果.周期循环静止沉淀矿井水处理技术工艺是采用多个静止沉淀池代替传统连续进水、连续出水的单一沉淀池进行沉降,能够消除传统沉淀池中存在着紊流、短流、偏流、回流等各种有害流态,使沉淀池处于理想沉淀池状态;并采用多个静止沉淀池依次进水、依次静止沉淀,然后出水,周期循环的运行方式,来提高沉淀效率和改善出水水质质量.
Research on the Design of Periodic Circulating Static Sedimentation Treatment Process for Mine Water
Tunlan Mine aims to address the issue of the presence of trace emulsified oil in mine water,which leads to the formation of lighter floc particles that are easily carried away by the rising water flow in the sedimentation tank and affect the filtration efficiency.The technology of cyclic static sedimentation for mine water treatment uses multiple static sedimentation tanks instead of traditional single sedimentation tanks with continuous inflow and outflow for sedimentation,which can eliminate various harmful flow states such as turbulence,short flow,deviation,and backflow in traditional sedimentation tanks,and make the sedimentation tank in an ideal sedimentation tank state.And multiple static sedimentation tanks are used to sequentially inlet water,sequentially settle water,and then discharge water in a cyclic operation mode to improve sedimentation efficiency and enhance the quality of effluent water.
