某电厂用水优化及废水零排放工程的研究与应用

邹县发电厂存在部分循环水外排废水的COD、溶解固形物等超标问题,面对较大的环保压力,邹县发电厂实施用水优化和零排放改造.通过采取冷却水回收、废水梯级利用,实现末端废水外排量由1 799 m3/h减少到842.5 m3/h.通过采取化学软化-过滤-超滤-反渗透预浓缩 DTRO再浓缩-烟道蒸发主体工艺,实现了废水零排放.经过改造,有效降低了企业环保风险,效果显著.
Research and Application of Water Use Optimization and Zero Wastewater Discharge Engineering in a Power Plant
Zouxian Power Plant faces significant environmental pressure due to the problems of COD and dissolved solids in some circulating water discharge wastewater.Therefore,Zouxian Power Plant has implemented water optimization and zero discharge transformation.By adopting cooling water recovery and wastewater cascade utilization,the external discharge of end of pipe wastewater can be reduced from 1 799 m3/h to 842.5 m3/h.By adopting the main process of chemical softening filtration ultrafiltration reverse osmosis pre-concentration DTRO re-concentration flue evaporation,zero discharge of wastewater is achieved.After renovation,significant environmental benefits have been generated,effectively reducing the environmental risks of the enterprise.
