根据王洼煤矿矿井水水质特点,结合王洼煤矿现有矿井水处理系统现状、矿井总平面布置,合理确定矿井水处理厂二期工程建设规模,厂房及建构物布置.采用重介速沉+多介质滤池工艺,配套加药系统.重介速沉设备排泥进入污泥暂存池,通过污泥泵排入一期污泥浓缩压滤系统,多介质滤池反洗水流入集水池,通过潜水泵排入一期调节池.新建水处理车间内包含重介速沉一体化设备、多介质滤池、清水池、集水池、污泥暂存池、加药间、配电室等.预处理车间布置紧凑合理,最大限度利用厂房空间,增大了系统处理量.建成运行后,整个系统运行流畅,出水水质高于设计指标.
Analysis on the Renovation and Expansion of Wangwa Coal Mine Water Treatment Plant Phase Ⅱ
According to the characteristics of the mine water quality of Wangwa coal mine,combined with the present situation of the mine water treatment system and the layout of the mine general plan,the construction scale,workshop and structure of the second phase of the mine water treatment plant are reasonably determined.Adopt heavy medium rate sedimentation+multi-media filter process,supporting dosing system.The sludge discharged by the heavy medium velocity sinking equipment is discharged into the sludge temporary storage tank,and the sludge is discharged into the first-stage sludge concentration press filtration system through the sludge pump.The backwashing water of the multi-medium filter tank flows into the catchment pool,and is discharged into the first-stage regulation tank through the submersible pump.The new water treatment workshop includes heavy intermediate rapid sedimentation integrated equipment,multi-media filter,clear pool,collection pool,sludge temporary storage pool,dosing room,power distribution room,etc.The layout of the pretreatment workshop is compact and reasonable,the workshop space is maximized,and the system processing capacity is increased.After completion and operation,the whole system runs smoothly,and the effluent quality is higher than the design index.
