摘要
FD1、FD2 井是塔里木盆地北部富满油田的两口定向超深井,其中FD1 井在钻进到井深 8359m时气侵严重,气体中二氧化碳含量高,返出钻井液气泡多、pH值下降快、出入口密度相差大,影响了井下安全,FD2 井钻进到该井段时也发生了相似的问题.为解决这些问题,进行了二氧化碳污染理论分析,并提出有效的二氧化碳气侵处理方法和措施.在高密度、二氧化碳污染的钻井液中通过添加适量含钙处理剂如CaCl2 以及烧碱有助于减轻或消除二氧化碳对钻井液的污染.
Abstract
Well FD1 and FD2 are two directional ultra deep wells in Fuman Oilfield in the north of Tarim Basin.When well FD1 is drilled to the well depth of 8 359 m,gas invasion is serious,carbon dioxide content in the gas is high,there are many bubbles returned from the drilling fluid,pH value decreases rapidly,and the density difference between the inlet and outlet is large,which affects the downhole safety.Similar problems occurred when well FD2 was drilled to this section.To address these issues,a theoretical analysis of carbon dioxide pollution was conducted,and effective methods and measures for treating carbon dioxide gas invasion were proposed.Adding appropriate amounts of calcium containing treatment agents such as CaCl2 and caustic soda to high-density,carbon dioxide contaminated drilling fluids can help reduce or eliminate the pollution of carbon dioxide on drilling fluids.
