双高速棒材轧钢生产线新工艺技术的应用研究

摘要
山西通才工贸有限公司双高速棒材轧钢生产线采用了全新一代热机轧制工艺技术(多级控轧控冷技术),使用了重型RVM330模块轧机和控制冷却设备.重点对该生产线的工艺技术参数及生产特点进行了介绍.该双高速棒材轧钢生产线经投产后,生产状况良好,完成了建设目标,实现了低合金成分生产,大幅降低了生产成本.
Abstract
This paper introduces the double high-speed bar rolling production line of Shanxi Tongcai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.The production line adopts a new generation of hot rolling technology(multi-stage controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology),using heavy-duty RVM330 module mill and controlled cooling equipment.The focus was on introducing the process technical parameters and production characteristics of the production line.After the dual high-speed bar rolling production line was put into operation,the production status was good,the construction goals were achieved,low alloy composition production was achieved,and production costs were significantly reduced.
