Effect of Different Heat Treatment Processes on High Temperature Grain Size of 18CrNiMo7-6
In response to the phenomenon of mixed crystals in high-temperature carburization of 18CrNiMo7-6 after forging heat treatment,a comparative analysis was conducted on samples with different heat treatment processes and cooling rates after forging. It is believed that different heat treatment and cooling rates play a crucial role in the growth of AlN precipitation.Samples with rapid cooling have small and dispersed precipitates during the annealing process, which plays a role in pinning grain boundaries and hinders grain growth during high-temperature carburization, and prevents high-temperature carburization and crystal mixing.
