转炉石灰石造渣炼钢对铁水硅气化影响的研究

通过工业试验研究石灰石加入工艺对铁水硅气化的影响,从石灰石加入量、加入时机、加入批次、枪位控制四个方面进行分析.结果表明:铁水硅气化率随着石灰石加入量的增加而增加,石灰石加入量高于6 t时,铁水硅气化率约为15%;在冶炼前投入石灰石时的铁水硅气化率不足3%,在F1(开吹阶段)投入时的硅气化率为11.5%,在硅锰氧化期投入时的硅气化率最高,为14.7%,在脱碳初期投入时的铁水硅气化率为2.5%;石灰石分两次投入时,铁水硅气化率最高,达到13.4%;采用"高—低—低—高—低"枪位控制方式,铁水硅气化率最高,为14.5%,但是此枪位冶炼易使氧枪结瘤,炉口容易堆积,而采用"高—低—高—高—低"枪位控制方式既能保证较高的硅气化率(14.1%),也解决了氧枪结瘤与炉口堆积问题.
Research on the Effect of Limestone Slagging and Steelmaking in Converter on Silicon Gasification of Hot Metal
The influence of limestone addition process on silicon gasification of molten iron was studied through industrial experiments,and analyzed from four aspects:limestone addition amount,addition timing,addition batch,and gun position control.The results show that the silicon gasification rate of molten iron increases with the increase of limestone addition.When the limestone addition is higher than 6 tons,the silicon gasification rate of molten iron is about 15%.The silicon gasification rate of molten iron is less than 3%when limestone is input before smelting.The silicon gasification rate is 11.5%when F1(blowing stage)is input,and the highest is 14.7%when silicon manganese oxidation stage is input.The silicon gasification rate of molten iron is 2.5%when input in the early decarbonization stage.When limestone is divided into two inputs,the silicon gasification rate of molten iron is the highest,reaching 13.4%.By using the"high-low-high-low"gun position control method,the silicon gasification rate of molten iron is the highest,at 14.5%.However,this gun position is prone to oxygen gun nodulation and furnace mouth accumulation during smelting.Using the"high-low-high-high-low"gun position control method can not only ensure a high silicon gasification rate(14.1%),but also solve the problems of oxygen gun nodulation and furnace mouth accumulation.
