通过SEM、室温拉伸等试验研究了Cl、Na等熔剂元素含量对AZ31镁合金显微组织及力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:当AZ31合金中含有微量Cl、Na等元素时,将导致AZ31合金中Al-Mn的尺寸变大,从而使得合金的晶粒尺寸增大;Cl、Na等元素容易富集在Mg2Al3第二相周围,减弱了晶界之间的结合力,从而导致裂纹的产生,使得合金强度降低、塑性变差.
The Effect of Cl and Na on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy
The effects of Cl and Na on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated by SEM and room temperature tensile tests.The results show that when AZ31 alloy contains trace amounts of elements such as Cl,Na,etc.,it will lead to a larger size of Al-Mn in AZ31 alloy,which makes the grain size of the alloy increase.In addition,elements such as Cl and Na are easily enriched around the second phase of Mg2Al3,which weakens the bonding force between grain boundaries,thus leading to cracks and making the alloy have low strength and poor plasticity.
