加工45钢下切削力对表面质量的影响

摘要
在机械制造中,切削力对加工质量有较大影响,不规则的切削力会加剧刀具磨损、降低表面光洁度.为了延长刀具寿命、提高零件的表面质量,进行45号钢切削实验研究.在加工过程中采用切削力分析仪进行数据采集,通过三维轮廓仪进行零件表面质量检测,对二者的相互关联进行对比分析,得出合理的车削力与表面质量的关联性.
Abstract
In mechanical manufacturing,cutting force has a significant impact on machining quality.Irregular cutting force can exacerbate tool wear and reduce surface smoothness.In order to extend the tool life and improve the surface quality of parts,experimental research on cutting 45 # steel was conducted.During the machining process,a cutting force analyzer is used for data collection,and a 3D profilometer is used for surface quality inspection of parts.The correlation between the two is compared and analyzed,and a reasonable correlation between turning force and surface quality is obtained.
