摘要
通过采用全浸腐蚀试验和扫描电镜研究全浸时间、硫酸浓度、Cl-浓度对S450AW全浸腐蚀的影响,分析了高强耐候钢S450AW的耐蚀性能.结果表明:Cl-对S450AW在硫酸氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀具有压制作用,且Cl-浓度越高,S450AW钢的耐蚀性越强,随着硫酸浓度的增加S450AW的腐蚀速率呈先增后减的趋势,硫酸浓度增加、析氢反应加快,使得腐蚀层的厚度和致密性增加,增强了材料的耐蚀性.
Abstract
The corrosion resistance of high-strength weathering steel S450AW was analyzed by using full immersion corrosion tests and scanning electron microscopy to investigate the effects of full immersion time,sulfuric acid concentration,and Cl-concentration on the full immersion corrosion of S450AW.The results showed that Cl-had a suppressive effect on the corrosion of S450AW in sodium chloride sulfate solution,and the higher the concentration of Cl-,the stronger the corrosion resistance of S450AW steel.With the increase of sulfuric acid concentration,the corrosion rate of S450AW showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The increase of sulfuric acid concentration and the acceleration of hydrogen evolution reaction increased the thickness and density of the corrosion layer,enhancing the corrosion resistance of the material.
