Study on the Preparation Process and Ball Milling Parameters of Mechanically Alloyed Powder
By analyzing the influence of ball milling parameters on mechanically alloyed powders,experimental results have shown that with the extension of high-energy ball milling time,the rate of lattice constant change of different elements is slightly different and shows an increasing trend.When the rotational speed of Ti-9Mg alloy is 170 r/min,the X-ray diffraction peak width of Ti is significantly wider than that at 110 r/min.The research results have certain guiding significance for further optimizing the alloy powder preparation process and improving material properties.
