结合轴承钢套圈的套锻生产工艺过程,利用酸洗、金相等手段分析了套锻料芯毛刺缺陷的形成原因,提出了采用大断面连铸坯、低拉速、低过热度浇铸,生产过程中辅以电磁搅拌、末端压下等手段,予以改善铸坯得凝固组织.轧制过程采用较大的压缩比进一步改善钢材的内部结构,从而使得钢材得到致密的组织结构,进而改善GCr15套锻过程料芯表面毛刺缺陷.
Causes and Countermeasures of Burr Defects on the Core Surface of GCr15 Set Forging
In this paper,combined with the forging process of bearing steel ring,the causes of burr defects in the core of the forging were analyzed by means of pickling and metallographic analysis.It was proposed to improve the solidification structure of the billet by using large section continuous casting billet,low casting speed and low superheat casting,supplemented by electromagnetic stirring and end pressing in the production process.The rolling process uses a larger compression ratio to further improve the internal structure of the steel,so that the steel has a dense structure,thereby improving the burr defects on the surface of the GCr15 forging process.
