Experimental Optimization and Benefit Analysis of Key Parameters of Electric Furnace Smelting Injection System
In order to solve the problems of low vanadium recovery rate,uneven product quality,and high cost caused by the outdated and unreasonable process design of the current high vanadium iron alloy smelting process outside the furnace,based on a comprehensive analysis of the high vanadium iron refining process flow outside the furnace,a high test plan was adopted to compare and analyze the improvement effect of the spraying process on the outside smelting process,and the effect of the spraying material particle size and spraying amount on the spraying effect was mainly studied.This provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of future electric furnace smelting processes.
