水处理剂和助剂在工业废水处理中的应用研究

摘要
为了有效去除废水中的重金属离子,开发一种高效且低成本的生物处理方法,研究水处理剂和助剂在工业废水处理中的应用.以壳聚糖为水处理剂、硫酸亚铁为助剂,制备出复合的絮凝剂,对工业废水中重金属离子进行絮凝去除.实验发现:重金属离子的脱除率随水处理剂投加浓度的增加呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,重金属离子的脱除率随助剂投加浓度的增加呈先上升后下降的变化趋势.当水处理剂投加量为3.5 mg/L、助剂投加量为2.5mg/L时,工业废水中重金属离子的去除效果最佳.
Abstract
To study the application of water treatment agents and additives in industrial wastewater treatment.Using chitosan as a water treatment agent and ferrous sulfate as an auxiliary agent,a composite flocculant was prepared to flocculate and remove heavy metal ions from industrial wastewater.The removal rate of heavy metal ions showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of water treatment agent concentration.The removal rate of heavy metal ions shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of additive concentration.When the dosage of water treatment agent is 3.5 mg/L and auxiliary agent is 2.5 mg/L,the removal effect of heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater is the best.
