有色金属冶炼烟气汞吸附回收技术研究

有色金属冶炼烟气汞具有浓度高与SO2含量高的特点,传统的燃煤烟气汞控制技术无法满足去除与回收要求.通过对有色金属冶炼烟气中的零价汞处理方法进行技术分析,提出了硫酸汞吸收技术,并在固定烟气条件下进行测试.结果表明,硫酸汞吸收体系的吸收效率可达96.12%.同时,运用ZnS纳米吸附剂对有色金属冶炼中重金属汞离子的吸附选择性进行分析.采用ZnS纳米吸附技术,能够有效去除烟气中的汞离子,在有色金属冶炼烟气吸附回收中具有较高的应用价值.
Research on Mercury Adsorption and Recovery Technology for Non-ferrous Metal Smelting Flue Gas
Nonferrous metal smelting flue gas mercury has the characteristics of high concentration and high content,and the traditional coal-fired flue gas mercury control technology can not meet the removal and recovery requirements.According to the zero-valent mercury in the flue gas of non-ferrous metal smelting,this paper analyzes and introduces the technology,proposes the system technology with mercury sulfate as the active absorption,and obtains the absorption efficiency of the mercury sulfate absorption system of up to 96.12%under the test of the fixed flue gas conditions.At the same time,the adsorption selectivity of heavy metal mercury ions in non-ferrous metal smelting was analyzed by using ZnS nano adsorbent,and the results of the technical application test showed that the application of ZnS nano adsorption technology can effectively remove mercury ions in the flue gas,and it has a higher value of application in the adsorption and recycling of the flue gas of non-ferrous metal smelting.
