Geological Characteristics and Prospecting Prospects Analysis of Hengshan Fluorite Deposit in the Hanshan Area of Anhui Province
The Hengshan fluorite mine in Hanshan County,Anhui Province is located on the axis of the Chaohu Hanshan anticline, with well-developed faults and mainly composed of Ordovician carbonate rocks.According to the exploration project, the ore body mainly exists in the structural fractures of Ordovician limestone, mudstone limestone, and a small amount of dolomite and dolomitic limestone. The shape of the ore body is controlled by the fault fracture zone, with a strike northeast and dip northwest. The average CaF2 grade is 53.57%.The surrounding rock of the mining area mainly undergoes silicification, followed by marbling, baritization, and local iron manganese mineralization. The genesis type of the deposit is a medium to low temperature hydrothermal metasomatic deposit.By summarizing the geological characteristics and genesis of the ore body,it is confirmed that there is a good prospecting prospect for the development of the Hengshan anticline fault fracture zone.At the same time, the deep and peripheral parts of the ore body are not fully controlled, and this area still has good prospecting prospects.
