摘要
选煤厂的建设是煤炭开采后的重要一步,是整个煤炭工业中的重要环节.通过选煤厂的合理设立,可以提高煤炭的初次开采后资源的利用效率,同时可以减少煤炭整体的开采成本,提高煤炭企业的利润.同时通过合理的选煤工艺设置,和煤矿采能进行适配,增强煤炭运用效率.以纳林河二号煤矿选煤厂为例,通过对煤炭特性和可选性的分析,阐述了选煤厂工艺特征,为后续研究及建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of coal preparation plant is an important step after coal mining,is an important part of the whole coal industry.Through the reasonable establishment of coal preparation plant,the utilization efficiency of resources after the initial mining of coal can be improved,and the overall mining cost of coal can be reduced,and the profit of coal enterprises can be improved.At the same time,through reasonable coal preparation process setting,and coal mining can be adapted to enhance the efficiency of coal use.Taking the coal preparation plant of Nalinhe No.2 Coal Mine as an example,this paper expounds the process characteristics of coal preparation plant through the analysis of coal characteristics and washability,and provides reference for subsequent research and construction.
