Optimization of Hole Network Parameters for Deep Hole Blasting in Fanshan Phosphate Mine
The Fanshan Phosphate Mine originally used YGZ-90 drilling rig and QZJ-100B down-hole drilling rig to drill 65 mm and 100 mm medium deep holes through one-time blasting.However,due to the large construction volume and low blasting completion rate of the cutting wells in the western mining area,the production capacity of the filling method mining in the western area is restricted.To solve the problems of slow completion speed,high cost,and low success rate of mining room cutting wells,this paper designs to adjust and optimize the parameters of a single blasting well network.Reasonable and feasible excavation methods and hole network parameters,segmented blasting height,charging structure and quantity,detonation sequence and delay time have been determined.According to on-site statistical analysis,the effect of a single blasting on well completion is good and can be promoted and applied.
