摘要
为解决坚硬顶板难垮难落问题,基于数值模拟软件对密集钻孔卸压技术进行研究,首先对钻孔角度70°、80°、90°、100°、110°及钻孔深度5m、6m、7m、8m、9m和10 m下顶板弱化效果进行分析,分别对不同钻孔角度及钻孔深度下切顶效果进行模拟,发现当钻孔角度为100°和钻孔深度为9 m时,顶板弱化效果最佳,此时的切顶效果最好,为后续切顶卸压方案提供了参考.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of hard and difficult to collapse,this article conducts research on the pressure relief technology of dense drilling based on numerical simulation software.Firstly,the weakening effect of the roof under drilling angles of 70 °,80 °,90 °,100 °,110 °,and drilling depths of 5 m,6 m,7 m,8 m,9 m,and 10 m is analyzed.The top cutting effect under different drilling angles and drilling depths is simulated,and it is found that the best weakening effect of the roof is achieved when drilling angles of 100 ° and drilling depths of 9 m.At this point,the top cutting effect is the best,providing a reference for subsequent top cutting and pressure relief plans.
