摘要

受当前钢材市场经营状况下行影响,钢铁企业广泛采用合金优化来降低生产成本,这使得钢材生产时在其表面生成红锈,影响钢材表面质量.针对此现状,重点对热轧盘条表面红锈生成机理进行分析,并提出改进措施,为低合金成本下避免钢材表面红锈生成提供理论依据.

Abstract

At present,due to the downward impact of steel market operation,steel enterprises widely use alloy optimization to reduce production costs,which makes the surface of steel production easy to generate red rust,affecting the surface quality of steel,this paper analyzes the mechanism of red rust generation on the surface of hot rolled wire rods,and proposes improvement measures to provide a theoretical basis for avoiding the formation of red rust on the surface of steel under low alloy cost.
