摘要

通过对清远楚江高精铜带有限公司的LED灯导电引线支架用黄铜基础带材原料的绿色利用和基材低耗能、低排放的绿色制造的生产实践进行介绍,希望能够助力中国"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的早日实现.重点介绍了在对LED黄铜基材原料的绿色利用过程中,对Fe和Pb含量的工艺优化和选择.在基材绿色制造的过程中,应抓核心工序以稳定质量,提高成材率;抓全流程生产以提升效率,提高产量,减少设备无效能耗;抓污染源头以控制治理,减少污染物排放.

Abstract

This article introduces the green manufacturing production practice of using copper base materials for LED lamp lead wire brackets(hereinafter referred to as LED brass substrate),with the hope of helping to achieve China's goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as soon as possible.This article focuses on the process optimization and selection of Fe and Pb content in the green utilization process of LED brass substrate.In the green manufacturing process of the brass substrate,the core production processes should be stabilized to ensure quality and improve yield,while the entire production process should be optimized to enhance efficiency,increase output,and reduce equipment energy loss.At the same time,attention should be paid to controlling pollution sources to reduce pollutant emissions.
