120t转炉生铁块补炉工艺优化实践

陕钢集团龙钢炼钢厂采用生铁块补炉后出现了磷高和补吹率高等问题,为进一步科学有效补炉,龙钢炼钢厂开展了生铁块补炉工艺优化探索,以稳定转炉补炉后的操作.利用转炉火焰分析系统动态校正,对转炉冶炼过程渣量进行计算,建立生铁块计算方案.通过生铁块计算,获到每次补炉所需生铁块的精确量.生铁块补炉工艺优化后,实现了补炉后第一炉一倒磷合格率提高了19.1%,补吹率降低了26.1%,转炉年工序时间节约了4 752 min,节约生铁成本1 774.08万元.
Optimization Practice of 120 ton Converter Pig Iron Block Repair Process
Longgang Steel Plant of Shaanxi Iron & Steel Group has encountered problems of high phosphorus and high blowing rate after using pig iron block for furnace repair.In order to further scientifically and effectively repair the furnace,Longgang Steel Plant has carried out exploration of optimizing the pig iron block furnace repair process to stabilize the operation after converter furnace repair.Using the converter flame analysis system for dynamic calibration.Calculate the amount of slag in the converter smelting process,and establish a calculation plan for pig iron blocks.By calculating the amount of cast iron blocks required for each furnace repair,the precise amount of cast iron blocks is obtained.After the optimization of the pig iron block furnace repair process,the qualified rate of phosphorus pouring in the first furnace increased by 19.1%,the blowing rate decreased by 26.1%,the annual process time of the converter was saved by 4 752 minutes,and the cost of pig iron was saved by 17.7408 million yuan.
