轧钢硬线盘条卷形质量控制优化改造实践

为了提升硬线盘条卷形质量和尺寸精度,先后实施了预精轧水冷段失水段参数调整、优化加热工艺,降低均热段加热温度,优化轧机动态速降补偿系数,优化17架轧机料形尺寸,设计吐丝管专用存放货架,在双芯棒升降缸处设置防挂线装置等技术改造,项目实施后取得了良好的效果.
Practice of Optimizing and Transforming the Quality Control of Steel Rolling Hard Wire Coils
In order to improve the quality and dimensional accuracy of the hard wire coil,technical renovations such as adjusting the parameters of the pre precision rolling water-cooled section,optimizing the heating process,reducing the heating temperature of the soaking section,optimizing the dynamic speed drop compensation coefficient of the rolling mill,optimizing the material shape and size of 17 rolling mills,designing a dedicated storage rack for wire feeding tubes,and installing an anti-hanging device at the double core rod lifting cylinder have been carried out.After the project was implemented,good results have been achieved.
