高棒线轧材生产线上使用氮气点较多,气体消耗量大,吨钢耗氮成本高,存在很多浪费的现象.通过优化改进氮气排出控制系统,并对可以置换成压缩空气的使用场景进行置换,节约了大量氮气资源.改造后,可以降低氮气消耗水平,降低生产成本,提高能源利用水平,达到了保障生产、节能降耗的目的.

The high bar rolling production line uses more nitrogen points,consumes a large amount of gas,and has a high cost of nitrogen consumption per ton of steel,resulting in a lot of waste.By optimizing and improving the nitrogen discharge control system,and replacing scenarios that can be replaced with compressed air,a large amount of nitrogen resources have been saved.After renovation,the nitrogen consumption level can be reduced,production costs can be lowered,energy utilization level can be improved,and the goal of ensuring production and energy conservation and consumption reduction can be achieved.
