摘要
韶钢8号高炉于2020年12月25日停炉中修,集中更换烧损的8、9段冷却壁,同时对炉缸进行整体浇筑,快速恢复炉型;在线对热风炉进行修复,将风温从1 160 ℃提高到1 200℃.高炉投产后,实现了高炉炉型快速修复和热风炉在线修复,且通过加强原燃料质量管控、提升高炉操业能力和强化炉前出铁管理等措施,使得高炉炉况长周期稳定顺行,高炉技术经济指标得到明显改善,燃料比从原来506 kg/t下降至499 kg/t,达到低燃料比生产的效果.
Abstract
The No.8 blast furnace of Shaogang was shut down for intermediate maintenance on December 25,2020,with a focus on replacing the damaged cooling walls of sections 8 and 9.At the same time,the furnace was poured as a whole to quickly restore the furnace shape.Repair the hot air stove online by increasing the air temperature from 1 160 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.It has innovate ideas,and achieved rapid repair of the blast furnace type and online repair of the hot blast furnace.Through measures such as strengthening the quality control of raw materials,improving the operational capacity of the blast furnace,and strengthening the management of pre furnace tapping,the blast furnace condition has been stable and smooth for a long period of time.The technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace have been significantly improved,and the fuel ratio has decreased from 506 kg/t to 499 kg/t,achieving the effect of low fuel ratio production.
