摘要
连铸消耗是决定着连铸机的经济效益,而中间包寿命是决定着连铸消耗的主要因素,连铸机中间包寿命偏低,制约着宣钢—钢轧厂1号连铸机效益的进一步提高.为了进一步提升经济效益,急需连铸技术人员对制约连铸机中间包寿命偏低的因素进行深入研究.通过不断地优化工艺参数,加强耐材的管理,加强炼钢—连铸—轧钢之间的配合,使连铸生产实现高产、优质、稳定、低耗,从而实现较好的经济效益.
Abstract
Continuous casting consumption determines the economic benefits of the continuous casting machine,and the service life of the intermediate ladle is the main factor determining continuous casting consumption.The low service life of the intermediate ladle in the continuous casting machine restricts the further improvement of the efficiency of the No.1 continuous casting machine of Xuahua Steel No.1.Rolling Mill.In order to further improve economic benefits,it is urgent for continuous casting technicians to conduct in-depth research on the factors that restrict the low service life of the intermediate ladle in the continuous casting machine.By continuously optimizing process parameters,strengthening the management of refractory materials,and strengthening the coordination between steelmaking,continuous casting,and rolling,continuous casting production can achieve high yield,high quality,stability,and low consumption,thereby achieving good economic benefits.
