主要阐述了首钢长钢炼钢厂对板框式压滤机的改造实施过程,总结了压滤机改造的成功实践及经验,包括改进现行使用的橡胶滤板,规范了职工岗位操作和日常设备维护,不仅满足了生产,而且降低运行成本,提高生产效率.
Abstract
This paper mainly describes the transformation and implementation process of plate and frame filter press in Shougang Changgang Steel plant,summarizes the successful practice and experience of the transformation of filter press,including improving the rubber filter plate currently used,standardizing the operation and equipment maintenance procedures,which not only meets the production,but also reduces the operating cost and improves the production efficiency.
