摘要

钢铁工业是撑起现代工业的脊梁,钢铁被称为现代工业的粮食.钢铁冶金过程中会产生大量的除尘灰,而除尘灰是易造成环境污染的主要固体废弃物,但其中含有大量的铁、碳元素,可作为冶金原料使用.鉴于此,某钢厂将钢铁固废作为原料、利用回转窑焙烧脱锌加工成产品,再将该产品作为冷却剂,代替炼钢原使用的铁矿石或烧结矿进行降温冷却.该新型冷却剂产品使用量大,使用效果与烧结矿无明显差别,同时降低了废弃物排放量,实现了变废为宝及资源的循环利用.

Abstract

The steel industry is the backbone of modem industry,and steel is known as the grain of modem industry.In the process of steel metallurgy,a large amount of dust is generated,and dust is the main solid waste that is prone to environmental pollution.However,it contains a large amount of iron and carbon elements and can be used as metallurgical raw materials.In view of this,steel solid waste is used as raw material,processed into products through rotary kiln roasting and zinc removal,and then used as a coolant to replace the original iron ore or sintered ore used in steelmaking for cooling.This new type of coolant product is widely used and has no significant difference in effectiveness compared to sintered ore.At the same time,it reduces waste emissions,realizes the transformation of waste into treasure and the recycling of resources.
