高线盘螺控轧控冷工艺技术的研究与探讨

摘要
基于控轧控冷的轧制理念,探索新型的高线盘螺生产工艺,以满足绿色环保、经济节约的企业发展需求.为了充分发挥控轧控冷技术优势,山西建龙对高速线材产线进行新工艺布局优化改造,采用新工艺生产的高线盘螺产品各项指标均符合国家标准,实现了工业化大生产,给企业带来了显著的经济和社会效益.
Abstract
Based on the rolling concept of controlled rolling and cooling,this paper explores new production processes for high-speed wire coils to meet the development needs of green,environmentally friendly,and economically efficient enterprises.Through the production practice of new processes,industrial production of alloys can be achieved with significant economic and social benefits,providing assistance and empowerment for the high-quality and healthy development of enterprises.
