The stable operation of environmental protection equipment can maximize the achievement of energy and environmental protection indicators.Steel enterprises must change the traditional passive mechanical equipment management mode of"emergency maintenance as the mainstay and planned maintenance as the auxiliary",introduce advanced Six Sigma lean management concepts,fully utilize the Lean Six Sigma path tool-DMAIC model,actively analyze and arrange the factors that affect the stability of the steelmaking dust removal system,improve and optimize the key factors,in order to reduce the failure rate of environmental protection equipment and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment,ultimately achieving the established goal of negative energy steelmaking in the project.
