摘要
阐述了邯钢热基镀锌线TAYLOR WINFIELD焊机焊接的工作原理,具体分析了焊机在焊接厚规格带钢时存在的问题及原因,通过成立攻关组,采取优化焊接参数、改进焊接操作维护技术等改进措施,使得攻关厚规格带钢焊接取得明显成效,因焊接造成的产线停车事故明显减少,镀锌产线产品质量和效益得到显著提升.
Abstract
This article elaborates on the working principle of the TAYLOR WINFIELD welding machine for the hot-dip galvanized line of Handan Iron and Steel Group.It specifically analyzes the problems and causes of the welding machine when welding thick specification strip steel.By establishing a research group,optimizing welding parameters,improving welding operation and maintenance techniques,and other improvement measures,significant results have been achieved in the research of thick specification strip steel welding.The production line shutdown accidents caused by welding have been significantly reduced.The quality and efficiency of galvanized production line products have been significantly improved.
