Research on the Alignment System of Miebach Laser Welding Machine
A certain company has put into operation Mibach laser welding machines on multiple continuous cold rolling production lines.In the past 10 years,the production line has experienced abnormal shutdowns and speed reductions due to welding machine alignment issues,resulting in more than 10 instances.To ensure the continuous production stability of the production line,an analysis was conducted on the composition and detection principle of the alignment device system of the Mibach laser welding machine.Based on the problems existing in the production line,corresponding maintenance measures were formulated to prevent the hidden dangers of key equipment damage,improve the maximum alignment ability,optimize the detection mode of the alignment device,optimize the grouping of alignment parameter control,and solve the problem of deviation and parking caused by alignment problems during the operation of the production line,avoiding significant economic losses caused by weld seam breakage and other factors.
