综合探测技术在采煤工作面陷落柱探测中的应用

为精准掌握1301综采工作面内陷落柱分布位置并为采面后续生产提供详实地质资料,结合现场情况提出采用无线电透视技术对采面开采范围内进行全覆盖探测,对确定的异常区采用槽波勘探技术进行详细探测,然后通过钻探方式确定陷落柱位置进行验证并注浆加固、封堵.对物探、钻探技术布置方案及探测结果进行详细分析,结果表明,采用的探测手段可实现采面陷落柱位置精准定位,综合物探与钻探成果,采面可依据探测结果提前针对性采取超前加固、注浆等手段降低陷落柱对采面回采影响,为煤炭高效回采创造良好条件.
Application of Comprehensive Detection Technology in Detecting Collapse Columns in Coal Mining Face
In order to accurately grasp the distribution position of collapse columns in the 1301 fully mechanized mining face and provide detailed geological data for subsequent production of the mining face,combined with the on-site situation,it is proposed to first use radio perspective technology to conduct full coverage detection within the mining range of the mining face,use slot wave exploration technology to detect the identified abnormal areas in detail,and finally verify the position of collapse columns determined by drilling and carry out grouting reinforcement and sealing.A detailed analysis was conducted on the layout plan and detection results of geophysical and drilling technologies.The results showed that the adopted detection methods can achieve precise positioning of the collapsed columns in the mining face.The comprehensive geophysical and drilling results are close,and the mining face can adopt targeted measures such as advance reinforcement and grouting based on the detection results to reduce the impact of collapsed columns on the mining face,creating good conditions for efficient coal mining.
