摘要
焦化厂锅炉在燃烧过程中会产生大量的烟气,在这些烟气中含有对环境造成污染的烟尘颗粒、含硫和含硝等物质,为避免环境污染,需要采用科学合理的除尘和脱硫脱硝技术.主要对焦化厂锅炉脱硫脱硝与烟气除尘技术进行分析与探讨,并将脱硫脱硝及烟气除尘技术应用于某焦化厂锅炉生产中.应用结果表明:该技术的应用为焦化厂锅炉污染问题的综合治理提供了技术支持,加快了焦化厂锅炉向绿色生态方向发展速度,有效减轻了焦化厂锅炉运行对生态环境造成的污染.
Abstract
During the combustion process of coking plant boilers,a large amount of flue gas is generated,which contains pollutants such as particulate matter,sulfur and nitrate that cause environmental pollution.To avoid environmental pollution,scientific and reasonable dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification technologies need to be adopted.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the desulfurization,denitrification,and flue gas dust removal technologies of coking plant boilers,and applies these technologies to the production of a coking plant boiler.The application results show that the application of this technology provides technical support for the comprehensive treatment of boiler pollution in coking plants,accelerates the development speed of coking plant boilers towards green ecology,and effectively reduces the pollution caused by coking plant boiler operation to the ecological environment.
