Application and Practice of Wireless Temperature Measurement System for Electrical Contacts
Due to the drawbacks of manual intervention,low accuracy,and inability to monitor in real time in general electrical contact temperature measurement methods,United Special Steel Company has applied a wireless temperature measurement system to monitor each electrical contact in real-time 24 hours a day,greatly reducing the workload of on-site equipment inspections,providing early warning of safety conditions,and easily achieving unmanned operation and fault detection through backend computers,preventing accidents from escalating due to delayed detection of faults.Based on historical data analysis of temperature changes,advanced maintenance and repair of equipment have been carried out to ensure the reliability and safety of the power supply system operation of United Special Steel Company,and to realize the long-term safe and stable operation of power equipment.
