摘要
由于首钢长钢8号高炉发生设备故障无法上料,导致炉内空料线至炉身中部,赶料线后因调剂不及时而造成了高炉悬料.针对此问题,对8号高炉悬料原因、前期表现和恢复过程进行了分析和总结,以期为高炉生产积累经验.
Abstract
Due to equipment failure in the No.8 blast furnace of Shougang Changgang,the material cannot be loaded,resulting in the empty material line in the furnace reaching the middle of the furnace body.After rushing the material line,the suspension of the blast furnace material was caused by untimely adjustment.In response to this issue,an analysis and summary were conducted on the causes,early performance,and recovery process of the suspended material in the No.8 blast furnace,in order to accumulate experience for blast furnace production.
