Exploration of Welding Technology and Quality Control for Pressure Pipelines
This article focuses on the welding methods and processes of pressure pipelines,and analyzes the possible welding technical defects that may occur during the welding process,such as problems on the back of the weld seam,porosity,slag inclusion,groove and matching problems,and proposes corresponding quality control measures.By analyzing the pipeline welding process and emphasizing the importance of positioning and matching,the accuracy of welding positions is ensured.Reasonably controlling the groove and assembly size helps to prevent welding defects and improve welding quality.This study provides a comprehensive welding process and quality control plan for pressure pipeline welding engineering.The relevant conclusions and viewpoints have important theoretical significance and practical value for the welding industry and engineering practice.
