摘要
在电解气相催渗理论基础上,提出一种新型去除钝化膜的方法,并应用到热表分厂不锈钢氰化热处理过程中.对新方法下不锈钢氰化主要影响因素进行逐项验证,根据表面硬度、金相组织评定结果,固化最优工艺参数组合,并将各项最佳参数组合绘制成氰化工艺曲线.
Abstract
Based on the theory of electrolytic gas phase catalysis,a new method for removing passivation film is proposed and applied to the cyanide heat treatment process of stainless steel in the heat treatment plant.The main influencing factors of stainless steel cyanide are verified under the new method item by item,based on the evaluation results of surface hardness and metallographic structure,the optimal combination of curing process parameters is determined,and the cyanide process curve is drawn by combining the best parameters.
