The Influence of Scythe Bending on Tin Plate on Flattening and Printing and its Improvement Scheme
In response to feedback from the printing factory regarding individual printing misalignment issues during the production process,comparative experimentss were conducted to detect and analyze the impact of sickle bending on flattening and printing.The results show that the larger the sickle bend,the worse the right angle,parallelism,and diagonal,and secondary trimming will reduce the sickle bend.For coils with obvious sickle bends,the width of the flat opening is slightly larger than the actual plate width(i.e.ensuring that the strip steel can easily pass through the width of the fixed track),which can effectively reduce the proportion of printing positioning.The geometric dimensions(parallelism,right angle,and diagonal)after the flat opening are better.
