Experimental Analysis on Springback of 1061Al/DP980 Composite Plate Formed by Bending of Building Structure
Based on the advantages of aluminum alloy and steel,a new type of 1061Al/DP980 aluminum-steel composite plate for mining was prepared by means of metallurgical combination,and as a test object,the characteristics of springback defects under various process parameters in progressive forming stage were deeply discussed.The results show that when the lower pressure of single layer is reduced from 2 mm to 1 mm and the forming depth is 15 mm,the rebound is reduced by 20%.As the forming Angle is increased from 30° to 60°,the amount of rebound is greatly reduced.With the reduction of molding angle,the structure of the parts will appear a certain degree of bending rebound.Increasing the profile of the tool head from 10 mm to 20 mm creates a greater amount of rebound.This study is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of aluminum-steel metallurgical composite plate and lay a certain theoretical support for the subsequent structure strengthening.
